Bio
Betsy Bird of Ride the Sky Equine Photography spends her days doing insane things to make horses look
at her. Clearly, she’s desperate for attention.
With an insatiable appetite for learning, Betsy is a certified nerd. This girl loves a good spreadsheet, testing new tools, and keeping up with the latest tech advances. She’s a firm believer in the power of
goal setting, time management skills, and efficient workflows. If you’re looking for someone to bring a dose of organization and productivity to your life, Betsy’s got you covered.
When she’s not acting like a total weirdo and demanding attention from majestic horses, Betsy invests her time in growing her business, hanging out with her favorite dog, Nitro, dealing with her teenagers’ angst, and mentoring photographers.
Betsy is a Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) with the Professional Photographers of America (PPA). Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Professional Photographers of East Tennessee and is an active member of the Tennessee Professional Photographers Association. She is also a professional member of the Equine Photographers Network.
Her award-winning work has been featured in a variety of publications, Hair of the Dog, and Equine Photographers Network, and is found throughout homes and stables in the United States. She has also been featured on The Business Animal Podcast, Scenic Trend, the Chattanoogan, Chatter Magazine, and Shoutout DFW, just to name a few.
With her vast experience in training and empowering others, she possesses the ability to inspire and motivate audiences. Prepare to be entertained, educated, and inspired as she shares her wisdom,
experiences, and plenty of laughter along the way.
Directions for participants:
As with the introductory class, attendees need to bring their laptops. Additional information will be sent out to attendees prior to the class.
